Governance:

        The WPTCA is nonprofit and governed by an Executive Committee.  The Executive Committee in collaboration with the Advisory Committee will work together to determine the Association’s strategic direction.

        The Advisory Committee will be comprised of four to six senior level compensation professionals, including the Association’s Immediate Past President(s), who are invited to serve the Association in this capacity by the Executive Committee.
